All of Sarah's glass is kiln-formed, cold-worked and refired several times to achieve the finished piece. Each piece is truly unique as each one is cut individually and patterns are created randomly.
Sarah does all of the glass work herself, from cutting and cleaning the glass to firing it in the kiln. Each piece is fired up to three times to achieve the desired look. Her glass work is fresh, vibrant and modern, with clean lines and unique designs.
"I grew up in Mississippi and studied business at Mississippi College and in Austria and Hong Kong. After having spent a decade in the corporate world, I am thrilled to be able to fulfill a life-long dream of owning my own business and being a full-time artist. While I've never formally studied art, I've been teaching myself since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I've dabbled in many forms of art along the way, and you can see that I am still making different forms of jewelry.
I have been fortunate enough to have landed in Loveland, Colorado, where art is visibly a celebrated job, and artists abound! I have studied silversmithing with several local artists and have continued my tradition of self-education. My glass skills are entirely self-taught and I am delving deeper into this medium. Glass holds so many possibilities for jewelry in its ranges of opacity, variety of finishes, shapes and colors." - Sarah Good
