If you would like to use your own shipping account, please contact customer service at 1.877.899.SAFE. We do not ship C.O.D. or to APO/FPO addresses.

According to regulations, items labeled "ORM-D," such as aerosol sprays and Purell ® sanitizers cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, to P.O. boxes or overseas, ORM-D items cannot be shipped by air transport or by Priority Mail, and therefore, cannot be sent to APO/FPO addresses. This is a safety issue and it cannot be ammended.

For any returns or exchanges, please fill out and submit our return authorization form. We will contact you within one business day with your return authorization number. If your order was drop-shipped, please do not return items to the manufacturer, as most returns go through UtilitySafeguard.com, a division of Xypher, LLC.
You may return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition. Customized items are not eligible for a refund due to their uniqueness and/or personalization.
In the event that your order is incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact us via our return authorization form. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send back the original item if applicable
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a credit to the original method of payment. Return orders could be subject to a restocking fee. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for the total purchase price (not including shipping and handling), less any applicable restocking fees. Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
